In this engaging role, you’ll get to build, maintain, and grow your very own book of business while nurturing agency relationships along the way. As the lead client contact, your experience will shine as you create and execute an effective marketing plan that drives both new and renewal business success. You'll have the opportunity to rate, quote, and bind risks, ensuring coverage and pricing reflect the complexities of both large renewals and new business. Monitoring key metrics will be crucial, as you'll provide insights that influence our new business hit rates, renewal retention, premium growth, and loss ratios. Plus, this role gives you the chance to lead, train, and develop both Assistant and Associate Underwriters, allowing you to share your expertise. If you have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 3 years in commercial lines underwriting or a related field, and a passion for organized, detail-oriented work, we’d love to meet you.
