Business Analysis - Senior Specialist

We will count on you to:

• Provide sales and consulting teams with scope and pricing analyses to support financial negotiations and justify the value of our solutions
• Analyze prospect data to help sales and consulting colleagues spend their time on opportunities that will yield the best results
• Evaluate sales opportunities to determine financial impact and ensure operational readiness by facilitating the sales to implementation transition
• Translate business strategies and objectives into business requirements
• Develop functional and operational requirements using requirements management methodology and tools
• Assists junior staff to test and analyze final requirements

• Ensures requirements are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation
• Manage data and reporting requests
• Develops and delivers training and supplemental materials
• Writes the business specifications detailing operations of an application or specific function
• Define and implement best practices with internal and external vendors, including continuous review
• Assist with data analysis to drive process improvements

What you need to have?

• BA/BS preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of insurance and employee benefits
• Demonstrate technical proficiency with programs like Microsoft Excel and Access
• Knowledge of MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, OneNote)
