Summary
Ecommerce Analyst intern is responsible for day-to-day management of one or more ecommerce initiatives at Dolby. The position is within IT enterprise Applications team and is responsible for delivering projects across a range of application platforms including Shopify and Zuora and others. The position will need to work collaboratively with functional business area and IT partners to achieve project objectives. This is a highly visible role with opportunity to work with leaders across different departments.

Knowledge and Skils

• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint

• Knowledge of Process Documentation (process flow charting, documenting processes)

• Knowledge of project methodology

• Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment

• Knowledge of subscription-based business systems

• Experience building or supporting ecommerce websites such as Shopify, Etsy, WIX, Square, OpenCart

ELIGIBILITY
Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field ; recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply. Must be available to work full-time Monday-Friday for 6 months between September 2023 – March 2024

The San Francisco/Bay Area base hourly range for this internship position is $28-$33/hr and can vary if outside of this location. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
