Business Analyst Level 2

We are seeking an ambitious Business Analyst to join our team in the banking industry on a contract basis in a hybrid work model. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to support both internal applications and external clients. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, testing, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring successful project implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide support for internal applications and external clients in the banking industry
• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success
• Build SFTP connections between various applications and SailPoint applications.
• Contribute to end-to-end build processes within the Global File Transfer Services (GFTS) managed file transfer platforms
• Maintain documentation related to projects, including specifications, process flows, and test plans
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to internal applications and external client projects
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the banking sector

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with end-to-end build in Global File Transfer Services (GFTS) managed file transfer platforms is preferred
• Familiarity with PGP encryption is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $37.47 - $70.00 per hour
