With significant clients live on the platform to date, SymphonyRM is expanding into new healthcare verticals and is ready to bring on a Business Analyst to help define the next chapter of our SymphonyRM platform to deliver industry changing Next Best Actions for our healthcare clients.
Primary Functions Systems & Workflows
Maintain and support SalesForce systems and act as liaison between business functions and IT
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and PMO teams to ensure that CRM platforms are optimally configured to support company processes
Serve as a member of the Salesforce administration team.
Ensure that any new software integration into SalesForce meets business needs of the cross-functional teams, and serve as the business SME and liaison with IT / Engineering / Data Science
Conduct research on technologies that create additional value and efficiencies
Conduct data-cleansing initiatives.
Build reports and dashboards to support business decision making.
Support revenue analysis efforts including, but not limited to, customer costs of acquisition, sales activity performance, and provide insights to leadership for decision making
Constantly evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale
Contracts Management
Aid in RFP response processes ensuring deadlines and requirements are met within each response
Document and communicate contract renewal dates with Sales, CS and Leadership teams to ensure appropriate renewal efforts and visibility
Support Sales / Customer Success in creating customer quotes and proposals
Support Leadership, Sales and Customer Success efforts with preparing Business Value analysis for prospects and customers
Balance multiple priorities and deadlines
Understand and use discretion around data, analysis and performance
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with Salesforce (Salesforce super user of understanding record types, profiles, validation rules, workflow rules, field types) - with the most recent as a Business Analyst with focus on the sales and marketing functions
Salesforce administration experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills; experience breaking down ambiguous data problems to deliver insight
Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality
Experience rolling out scaled systems & tools projects to cross-functional teams
Familiar with standard business processes of the Sales and Sales Operations functions
Ability to document & lead training for various workflows and features in Salesforce to the end-user
Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
Self-starter with a hands-on approach, good instincts for prioritization and the ability to work under a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Maintain scalability and growth of various operational processes through automation. Examples include process design, pipeline management, turn around time, etc.
Leverage data to conduct in-depth analyses across areas of the business to develop an understanding of key value drivers, identifying improvement areas and opportunities
Analyze marketing and sales funnel, track key marketing and sales metrics for success
Preferred Experience
Are a Certified Salesforce Administrator, Developer or Sales Consultant
Have experience in Healthcare Sales, Healthcare Sales Operations
