Business Development Executive (Bali)

Description

What you will do

• Manage existing partners in Bali Area, improving existing partners performance to reach their full potential
• Visit existing sellers to foster and maintain good business relations
• Develop campaign assets focusing on existing sellers performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to give more exposures on mid-level partners
• Analyze existing partners performance and proposing solutions to improve their performance

What You Will Need

• Minimum Bachelor Degree for any major discipline
• Experience in business development/ key account management for at least 1 year
• Extensive business partnering skill and building trusted relationship across multiple stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities across complex situations and challenges
• Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated experience in driven and delivered strong outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and provide recommendations for multiple stakeholders within the organization
• Willing to be assigned in Bali/ Denpasar Area
