Job Description


The position will support the revenue goals by marketing, developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with clients, partners, and other referral sources. And by identifying and driving new business opportunities. This position will develop and implement a business development strategy including sales activity, developing partnerships, public relations and online activities and services aligned to company business.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relation, Business or Medical-related course.
  • Preferably with MBA degree.
  • A minimum of 10 years in the same or similar capacity and or in the same industry.
  • Analytical skills. - must have analytical mind. One must know the value of the vast amount of data available and are highly interested in what that data can reveal about the market or consumer behavior, efficacy of various marketing approaches and more. He/she must also know how to look beyond the data and pick up on trends and patterns that can lead to better, more successful marketing efforts.
  • Communication skills. - must be able to communicate effectively with a broad-based team made up of other department heads or staff members and/or internal and external customers during the marketing process.
  • Decision-Making skills. - must choose, recommend, and decide between competing and marketing strategies. One must have the ability to analyze situations or statements and determine their validity.
  • Interpersonal skills. - must deal with a range of people in different roles, both inside and outside the organization.
  • Organizational skills. - must manage their time and budget efficiently while directing and motivating staff members.
  • Technical skills. - must be willing to continue learning and adapting technology innovations for the advancement and easy communications with Customers. Customer engagement will occur in more ways and competing for their attention will mean delivering the services and information they want.

  • Work Schedule is 8:00am - 5:00pm (Compressed Work-week; No Sunday work)
