YOUR ROLE

  • Shopper Marketing Strategy and Omnichannel Execution
  • Analyze post promotion activity and leverage Luminate data for future planning optimization.
  • Proactively lead market understanding/assessment of emerging tactics and tools
  • Lead continuous improvement of market tools and applications.
  • Lead analytical reporting of omnichannel and shopper marketing performance.
  • Facilitate focus on OPD 1st basket.
  • Facilitate tactical/operational management of the shopper budget.
  • Behavioral Data Application: o Lead the commercial team’s use and application of Luminate data to improve decision making.
  • Facilitate Insights and Category team in translating Luminate data into commercial actions.
  • Regularly present insights, actions, and opportunities to NBMs and Leadership team to drive the business relative to behavioral data findings.
  • Data Insights Action Management
  • Work with analyst team, NAMs, and NBMs to translate our POS and Luminate data into insight on the business.
  • Dig deeper, understand better what our performance data is telling us.
  • Work with Leadership team to translate business insights into actionable strategies and investments.

The salary for this role is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
