Role overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading our team of 15 Business Development Representatives. This person will provide direct management for half of the 15 person BDR team, and also manages an Associate Manager who is the direct manager for the other half of the team.

What you'll do

Recruit BDR talent
Develop BDRs to advance to AE selling roles
Manage individual contributors and People Managers
Work across departments and functions as the BDR team is often called upon to pivot to support a wide array of changing business needs
