Brokermint, a BoomTown Company, is looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development Representative responsible for selling our software product offerings to real estate companies.
The Business Development Representative is responsible for finding/identifying leads, qualifying leads, handling introductory calls and scheduling product demo meetings for our Account Executives. As a Business Development Representative, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process. Ultimately, you will contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

Heavy prospecting and cold calling with potential customers and prospects

Scheduling a pre-agreed number of sales meetings per week including; customer meetings, conference calls and event attendance for inside sales team

Scheduling qualified appointments for the inside sales team

Achieving or exceeding sales metrics and revenue targets for your position

Managing and updating a Customer Relations Management (CRM) database

Preparing accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management

Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs

Providing administrative support as needed

Other various responsibilities and projects as assigned by management

Software sales experience (preferred)

Strong ability to learn new technologies and ramp up quickly
