WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Evina is looking for a Business Development Representative who will work with an experienced field sales team to achieve sales growth for new and existing customers from our industry (MNOs/Aggregators/Merchants).

Mission details :

You will support the Sales Team on daily work and focus on leads generation and qualification for SaaS solution to prospective and current customers. You will :

  • Participate in the development/execution of strategic territory plans
  • Fulfill a wide range of requests for information from prospective and current customers and qualify level of opportunity
  • Support the Account Executive to generate incremental revenue through lead follow up, social selling, prospecting, cold-calling, up-selling and cross-selling activities within a territory or account
  • Establish relationships with varying levels of interlocutors within prospective and current accounts to determine needs
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, terminologies, software applications and keep track of product availability and software bundles
  • Use internal CRM to keep business information accurate and up to date
  • Develop an understanding of company pricing, policies and licensing procedures. Perform other duties, as assigned
  • Generate opportunities and or appointments and by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers.

WHO ARE YOU?

You will successfully complete all these assignments if:

  • You have a business school degree and at least one year of experience preferably in an international environment
  • You are bilingual in French and English
  • You have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • You quickly establish and build relationships with customers
  • You communicate technical and business concepts via phone and relate them to SaaS system applications and user needs
  • You know how to to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics, develop a sales prospection plan, and accurately forecast sales prospection on a consistent basis
  • You have built knowledge software (SaaS/On premise) acquisition cycles and buying influences
  • You leverages in-depth knowledge in the field of industry/market trends and complex business / finance concepts in prospecting
