We are seeking a Business development representative Intern or Apprentice to join our Paris office. The ideal candidate would bring a positive energy to the team, is curious, and motivated to learn. This position will be the perfect start to skyrocketing your sales career.

About the role:

    • The Business Development Representative Intern / Apprentice works within the sales team and will be working side by side with an Account executive to uncover and create well-qualified new opportunities.
    • Research relevant sales targets and gather key lead information
    • Make outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, calls) to identify relevant leads.
    • Present Aircall to potential clients
    • Understand the business and the buying cycle of the leads.
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services
    • Highlight Aircall's value proposition to raise curiosity and interest.
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
    • Book demo and meetings.
    • Document all daily activities in Salesforce.
    • Work closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle.

A little more about you:

    • French and English fluency : you will be emailing, calling, meeting
    • Strong communication skills : active listening, empathy, problem-solving attitude
    • Time management and organisation skills
    • Willingness to learn at all times and entrepreneurial spirit
    • Enthusiastic and positive! This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last

Not musts but would be a big plus :

    • Spanish fluency would be appreciated
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
    • Prior internships or experience working in Business Operations / Business Development / Sales or in a SaaS environment or Startup.
