Why we need you:
We are looking for a BDR Manager to lead a new team of BDRs focused on the North America region. This team will handle all inbound and outbound prospecting. As the first BDR Manager at Findem, you have the unique opportunity to build our pipeline generation engine from the ground up. Working cross functionally with other go-to-market leaders, you’ll help to define the process, tools, and metrics that will directly impact our top-line growth. Findem is a rapidly expanding business, and there are many opportunities for internal career progression and advancement.
The role is full-time and comes with full benefits. We are globally headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with our India headquarters in Bengaluru, but this role can be fully remote.
