Why we need you:

We are looking for a BDR Manager to lead a new team of BDRs focused on the North America region. This team will handle all inbound and outbound prospecting. As the first BDR Manager at Findem, you have the unique opportunity to build our pipeline generation engine from the ground up. Working cross functionally with other go-to-market leaders, you’ll help to define the process, tools, and metrics that will directly impact our top-line growth. Findem is a rapidly expanding business, and there are many opportunities for internal career progression and advancement.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Build strong, data driven marketing campaigns to drive engagement and tie in with product specific campaigns
    • Experiment with different campaign messages across multiple channels to identify the highest converting channels
    • Run the campaign calendar and email cadence to ensure optimal engagement and prevent list fatigue
    • Connect GTM priorities with Sales success by defining, instrumenting, measuring and executing end-to-end campaigns
    • Ensure automation is set up wherever possible in the lead lifecycle journeyPartner with digital, content, and marketing operations to align multi-channel execution
    • Analyze and segment customer data to help define prospect and customer with high engagement and revenue potential
    • Evaluate and implement tools and systems as required (Prospecting, Dialing, Email, etc)
    • Provide strong leadership to motivate the team to success

Who you are:

    • 3-5 years’ experience in leading direct sales roles or as a BDR manager
    • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota both as an individual and team leader
    • Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguityStrong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
    • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills for direct report leadership
    • Detail oriented, tenacious, responsible and self-motivated
    • Experience creating scale in a B2B technology environment preferred
    • Salesforce.com and Salesloft experience preferred
The role is full-time and comes with full benefits. We are globally headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with our India headquarters in Bengaluru, but this role can be fully remote.
