Business Intelligence Analyst 3

Our client is in need of a Business Intelligence Analyst that will be responsible for taking the data that their company holds and mining it to achieve valuable insights. These insights will then be used to inform critical business decisions.

Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:

Ensure that data is being correctly gathered, stored, and analyzed
Manage rhythm of the business ensuring performance results is prepared on time, business drivers identified, and flag business trends that can impact forecast
Develop methodologies to improve data analysis and / or processes
Demonstrates an informed knowledge of digital marketing / e-commerce to resolve problems and understand business trends
Manage specific project timeline and content development for partner meetings
Serve as a liaison between the business team and the data organization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 to 7+ years of experience preferred
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics
Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely via visuals
Able to work both alone to analyze findings as well as a member of a team for work with other departments
Ability to communicate findings with management and conduct necessary research to offer solutions to problems
Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to increase operating efficiency
Basic knowledge of data / reporting tools in order to quickly learn how data streams are stored and utilized by the team

$40.00 - $48.00 per hour

Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
