Business Intelligence Developer

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer for our Business Intelligence Team who will be supporting our site expansion in Hillerød!

FUJIFILM is in the midst of exciting growth and transformation, with our sites expanding across the UK, US, and Denmark; and our processes—once local—are aligning on a global scale. This transition presents unique challenges as well as opportunities, especially for our Business Intelligence team. As we automate and globally align the data sources that generate input for KPIs, reports, and dashboards, we are seeking a dedicated Business Intelligence Developer to support our site expansion, in Hillerød.

About the Role

As our new Business Intelligence Developer, you will have the opportunity to create automated processes, optimize workflows, and influence the organization through visual dashboards and KPIs.

You will play a critical role in ensuring data quality by creating and maintaining data connections with a focus on continuous improvements and automation.

This role is a journey into the heart of our growth, where you'll be part of a dynamic team navigating change.

Qualifications

As a person, we hope you have a data mindset and that you are naturally curious about understanding data. Further to that, we hope you have resilience and persistence in the face of challenges or setbacks, with a focus on solutions.

You can demonstrate skills in managing initial resistance to changes in work habits, while persistently advocating for continuous development and understanding, and you are capable of maintaining a focus on details simultaneous to the larger perspective. For this role, you will need to come with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. And last, but not least, we are looking for someone who has a proactive and self motivated approach to work.
