UWorld Themis Bar Review is one of the top bar prep organizations in the nation and we are looking to add to our growing team. We are looking for Business Operations Associate to join the team based out of our office in Chicago, Il. This individual will be an integral member of the organization supporting sales, marketing, customers, and leadership.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Work in all facets of customer care
- Ensure operational and inventory projects are completed
- Maintain and distribute records, reports, and files on an ongoing basis
- Provide requested reporting on sales territories to the executive management team
- Manage operational business processes, such as but not limited to, promotional orders, customer orders, and course material distribution
- Understand and be able to train on, when necessary, product platform functionality and changes to the functionality
- Ensure that customer accounts are updated - either with new enrollment information, payment information, and/or demographic information in a timely manner
- Enforce company policies and procedures within the business
- Proactively recommend improvements to the processes in each facet - sales, marketing, and customer service - to increase performance and efficiency
- Compile sales, enrollment, and course reports as needed/requested and distribute them accordingly
- Attend to any emails and phone calls from customers, employees, contractors in a timely manner
- Keep updated on industry trends and alerts
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of customer support experience required
- 3+ years in a sales or operational support role preferred
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products with the ability to pick up quickly on new reporting tools and software
- Excellent time management with the ability to stay organized and support multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills through written and verbal communication. This individual will regularly communicate with customers, sales directors, and leadership
- Detail oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work well in a deadline driven environment
- Compassionate demeanor when communicating with students/customers through phone and email
