What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our BetterOps team. The BetterOps team at BetterHelp is the team that services our BetterHelpers. We are responsible for our workplace, IT, business operations and people experience. Our team philosophy is to ensure efficiency across all teams by providing exceptional service to our employees.

Benefits
The base salary for this position is $70,000-$80,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus, RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2023. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and cerfications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
