Business Process Analyst

Do you want to help take a 334-year old company into the future?
Do you want to work actively, hands-on with global business process standardization, harmonization, and process documentation team to align local team?
You will provide important input regarding business process requirements in an ERP with the project team drives the current state, future state, and gap analysis.
You will balance the desire for standardization with the need for local customizations, with stringent control. The aim of the role is to ensure that designed processes supported by the ERP solution aligns with local requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work hands-on with divisional business process standardization, harmonization, and process documentation specific for the Aftermarket business and the Service Center operations
  • Develop, establish, and implement a standard framework for regional Aftermarket processes with measurements and metrics, which are enforceable and accepted across the division
  • Manage communication with global colleagues regarding process feedback, exceptions, and further improvement opportunities
  • Support local change management and process improvement activities
  • Have a long-term vision, both to support the ERP implementations and to continuously drive process improvement
  • Work closely with the Aftermarket users, who not only are system agents, but also process agents, ensuring local adoption of global processes
  • Make process decisions for the Aftermarket process, supported by the Global Business Process Owner
  • Provide input to prioritization of the project goals
  • Assess the change impact coming as a result of implementing a Global Template solution
  • Quality assurance and testing of the ERP solution
  • Establish and manage local services processes
  • Provide end user support and training
  • Creation of documentation of processes along the way
Job Requirements:
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Working experience in aftermarket business processes including parts & accessories
  • Managed services operations through field services/service centers
  • Experience in business process improvement
  • Experience in Aftermarket and Workshop processes
  • Excellent ability to work cross functionally and stakeholder management in a global environment
  • Extensive experience with process management and implementation of global process and systems
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Experience with development and deployment of training
  • Experience with ERP as super user
