We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in optimizing and enhancing our business processes and systems for the GTM team (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, etc.). You will work closely with stakeholders, users and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data and provide innovative solutions. Your strong communication skills, Salesforce Admin Certification and experience in the SaaS industry will be valuable assets in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
  • Analyze data extracted from the CRM system and create comprehensive reports for stakeholders, presenting meaningful insights and analysis.
  • Manipulate and analyze data using Excel, including basic formulas and overall Excel etiquette.
  • Perform data manipulation tasks by gathering the necessary IDs and executing bulk updates on records.
  • Take a proactive approach to conceptualize and brainstorm solutions, troubleshoot issues and gather requirements effectively.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to troubleshoot user issues and gather requirements for system enhancements.
  • Utilize your extraordinary problem-solving skills to analyze both detailed data and high-level insights.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication.
  • Contribute creative and innovative ideas to improve existing processes and identify emerging trends.
  • Create well-structured training materials and deliver training sessions to end users.
  • Assist with project management activities and participate in agile development processes.
  • Demonstrate a self-starter attitude with personal goals to excel in your role and keep learning for personal and professional development.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, good time management and organizational skills to deliver results.
  • Provide and receive feedback effectively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership and pride in your work, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate on cross-departmental projects.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while working remotely, demonstrating responsiveness, reliability and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Administrator or similar role.
  • 4+ years of applicable work experience, preferably in a SaaS organization or consulting firm supporting SaaS and other relevant industries.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Admin core basics, including reports and dashboards, user permissions, setup navigation, app management, flows, sandbox environment management and validation rules.
  • Hands-on administrative experience with tools such as Outreach, Gainsight, Marketo, LeanData, SF CPQ/Zuora, Conga CLM, DocuSign, GetFeedback and Quip is a plus.
  • Experience working with IPaaS solutions (Workato, Boomi, SnapLogic) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel, including basic formulas and data manipulation.
  • Experience in analyzing CRM data, generating reports and providing actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with user provisioning and system integration configuration.
  • Knowledge of project management phases and change management best practices.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and support systems in a ticket/support queue environment.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with Sprints.
  • Ability to facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions.
  • Strong decision-making skills to provide comprehensive solutions based on requirements.
  • Can confidently work with Salesforce features like fields, page layouts, lightning components and record types and can easily speak about opportunity lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry and sales models.
