The Business Systems Analyst - Sourcing and Quality with a Project Management focus entails collaborating with the technical team of Sourcing and Quality Services, Product line leaders, Technology leaders, and other Business Partners within the organization. The primary responsibility of the Business Systems Analyst is to work closely with business/functional partners in the development and implementation of various tools in the Sourcing and Quality domain. They will develop an understanding of the tools utilized by Sourcing and Quality teams and facilitate the integration of new business requirements with other Digital technology teams. The role involves comprehending business needs and translating them into technical requirements, while also overseeing the capacity utilization of the technical team.

How You'll Create Possibilities
  • Collaborate with functional business customers and the Sourcing and Quality DT team to develop and drive Digital solutions in the Sourcing and Quality area.
  • Collaborate with business teams to deliver new capabilities and drive value for consumers.
  • Possess basic working knowledge of programming teams and public clouds like AWS.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction, design, implementation, and support of critical Sourcing and Quality applications.
  • Provide input on issues and planning related to Sourcing and Quality application landscape.
  • Participate in sprint planning, project management, and Agile processes to ensure efficient communication with business partners.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with various Digital technology teams.
  • Contribute to application planning, and forecasting, and prioritizing tasks based on criticality, development time, and resourcing needs.
  • Participate in project management, including facilitating project meetings, and presentations, and driving quality deliverables.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, perform root cause analysis, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Advocate for automation and simplification, ensuring system availability, reliability, and incident/problem resolution.
  • Advise and recommend solutions for high-quality deliverables, driving productivity, cost reduction, and defect mitigation.
  • Regularly update projects for executive dashboards and project tracking.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and achieve targets.
  • Drive efficiency, self-start, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop functional and technical specs, use cases, and test cases.
  • Serve as a role model for ownership, accountability, and collaboration within the team.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer or Software Engineering, Software Development, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Test Driven Development).
  • 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience working with global software development teams.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in prioritization and handling day-to-day business requests.
  • Ability to lead peers and contractors, drive data-driven decisions, and plan initiatives.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work with minimal oversight.
  • Experience overseeing multiple solutions and designs, driving technical discussions effectively.
  • Able to work independently while providing guidance to others.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about software development with a team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience working in the Digital or IT team supporting end consumers.
  • Experience with Oracle Procurement and/or Oracle Agile modules.
