ButterflyMX is hiring for a talented and driven Senior Talent Operations Coordinator to join our People Team. The role focuses on supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all candidates and new hires. The ideal candidate is super organized, has strong attention to detail, and has a passion for optimizing processes. This role has the opportunity to grow into a Junior Recruiting position.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition with scheduling interviews, delivering candidate communication, and ensuring timely feedback from hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience by providing timely status updates, answering questions, and providing a positive impression for ButterflyMX.
- Post job openings on our ATS (Workable) and update the status of candidates on a regular basis.
- Coordinate interview panels, and provide logistical support for virtual interviews.
- Collaborate with our Sr. People Experience Specialist and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Update reporting trackers and generate recruitment reports in our ATS system.
- Assist with sourcing candidates on Linkedin Recruiter and our ATS database.
- Continuously evaluate and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ad hoc support to People Experience related projects.
- 2+ years of experience in a People Operations or Talent Operations (or a similar role).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software; experience with tools like Workable, Greenhouse, or similar systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency in the workplace with a “get things done” mindset.
- Proactive and resourceful problem solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a strong advantage.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
