Food Manufacturing Sanitation Operator
ByHeart is an innovative company focused on infant nutrition, aiming to improve feeding for babies and parents. They are expanding their team for sanitation operations at their new facility in Portland, Oregon.
Skills
- Understanding sanitation procedures
- Chemical safety knowledge
- Forklift operation
- Ability to follow SOPs
Responsibilities
- Perform sanitation activities as outlined in the master sanitation schedule.
- Assist Production Manager for additional shift sanitation support.
- Monitor sanitation supplies inventory.
- Alert Managers of incomplete sanitation logs.
- Support Production Operators during cleaning.
- Complete sanitation logs and records as per SOPs.
- General cleaning of the facility.
- Operate a forklift for material movement.
- Other duties as directed by Sanitation Manager.
Education
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Certification in Sanitation preferred
