We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across various channels including search, display and social. You’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, maximising ROI, and enhancing our overall marketing efforts. This role reports into our Head of Growth. We are looking for someone who has an analytical approach to marketing and enjoys working collaboratively with our marketing team who will support creative strategies and campaign development.
Your key responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across multiple channels.
Execute and optimise paid campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition and ROI.
Work collaboratively to optimise conversions with lifecycle marketing, A/B testing creative assets, landing page optimisation, and campaign tactics.
Manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for paid media channels.
Build dashboards to track and analyse performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
What we’re looking for
Significant paid marketing experience, including Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
Experience managing marketing campaigns in high-growth environments and achieving ramping financial targets.
Experience managing significant paid marketing budgets of over £100k/month.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data on ads platforms and Google Analytics.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Alignment with our mission and values.
What would be great (but isn’t required)
Experience in SEO, lifecycle marketing, affiliate marketing, conversion optimisation, or measurement and attribution models.
Experience starting and scaling new markets.
Experience managing agencies and contractors.
Experience with Programmatic Advertising and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
What we offer
£33-40k p.a. depending on experience

The process
If we like your application, you’ll have a 15 minute call with Marijke, the Head of Growth and hiring manager. After that, there is a take home task to send in, and if successful, an hour long interview where you’ll present on the task to Marijke and Lee, CMO at Founders Factory, and in the second half you’ll have an in-depth interview with Holly, Byway’s CMO. The third and final interview is focused on us getting to know you, and you getting to know Byway. It will be with Holly (CMO) or Cat (CEO) and Marijke. If that's great, we move to job offer and references!
