By providing fast, flexible and equitable access to low-cost capital through our easy-to-use platform.We provide technology with a human touch, giving our customers the direct support they need and ensuring our team members have the tools, resources and work environment they need to deliver on our promise to customersWith the C2FO platform, businesses worldwide have more working capital to fuel their growth, create jobs and develop new products.BenefitsAt C2FO, we take care of our customers and our people – the vital human capital that helps our customers thriveThat’s why we offer a comprehensive benefits package, flexible work options for work/life balance, volunteer time off, and moreLearn more about our benefits here([Link available when viewing the job] />About the Director, Business Development:We are currently looking for a proven, ambitious, well-networked, and commercially-minded Sales Executive to drive the continued growth of C2FOC2FO is a rapidly growing Fintech company that is changing the way companies manage their cash and working capitalWe are seeking a candidate who has the experience, skills, and motivation to help build and grow the business within our fast-paced and dynamic environment.The Director, Business Development position is primarily focused on the acquisition of key accounts ($1B and larger in revenue) to participate in our working capital marketplace (receiving payments early) across the AMER regionC2FO is a network company, and this sales executive will have the opportunity to assist suppliers with an expanded product offering.The Director, Business Development will report directly to the Enterprise Supplier Sales Head will have regular interaction with Executive stakeholders.This position serves as part of the Enterprise Supplier Relationship Management (ESRM) Team.Essential Duties:• Identify and convert new market participant opportunities.• Cultivate and drive the sales cycle from prospect to participating supplier to generate significant new revenues.• Develop strong relationships with senior treasury and finance executives at target companies.• Influence client decisions and advocate for client needs to negotiate win-win solutions.• Work closely with various functional teams including Account Management, Market Operations, Project Management, Product Management, and Regional MD’s to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing account growth.• Collaborate effectively across teams to create an atmosphere of trust, teamwork, and open communication.• Engage with channel partners and various subject matter experts to drive sales opportunities and increase C2FO throughput.• Travel to client meetings as neededExpect up to 50% travel, based on client requirements.Basic Qualifications:• 5+ years of sales experience in the financial services sector.• Strong sales skills, with the focus and drive to overcome obstacles and relentlessly drive a complex, consultative sales process.• Demonstrable relationships with senior financial executives at large companies that trust your ability to present them with products that add immediate value to their organizations.• The executive presence, confidence, and presentation skills to articulate a value proposition to a broad range of organizational and functional levels.• A track record of successfully selling alternate working capital and cash management solutions related to Accounts Receivable e.gDynamic Discounting, Factoring, Invoice Discounting, Supply Chain Finance, AR Securitization.• The experience and temperament to work in a fast paced, early-stage technology-driven company environment.• Deep understanding of the SaaS business model for solutions delivery.• Aptitude for qualitative and quantitative data analysis and acumen for financial management concepts.• Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial operating metrics, short-term cash management investment vehicles and working capital best practices.• Ability to learn and absorb new products quickly and rapidly adapt to changing business and customer demands.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or post-graduate degree in business/finance preferred.Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we not only value diversity and equality, but we also empower our team members to bring their authentic selves to work every dayOur goal is to create a workplace that reflects the communities we serve and our global, multicultural clientsWe recognize the power of inclusion, emphasizing that each team member was chosen for their unique ability to contribute to the overall success of our mission.We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate lawAll employment decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
