(https://www.c2fo.com/amer/us/en-us/about-us/careersAbout The HR Business Partner RoleThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a member of the global human resources team and acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with the overall company goals by providing expert guidance on recruitment, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning, essentially bridging the gap between HR and the business to drive positive team member engagement and achieve business objectives. The position will be responsible for the US and LATAM Markets. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Global HRBPs for global strategy, program, and HR team alignment. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience with demonstrated success in strategic planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations.Essential Duties• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their specific needs and challenges, then translate them into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.• Talent Management: Assist in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent through recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and career development.• Employee Relations & Leave Administration: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions to maintain a positive work environment, including collecting feedback from team members who exit.• Compensation, Benefit Strategy & Administration: Evaluate benefit offerings and make recommendations for enhancement. Oversee annual open enrollment.• Organizational Development: Facilitate change management initiatives, promote a positive culture, and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.• Leadership Coaching: Coach and mentor managers on leadership practices, performance feedback, and employee development.• Policy Interpretation: Provide expert advice on HR policies and compliance, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.• Performance Analysis: Monitor key HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.• Training and Development: Identify training needs and partner with the Learning & Development team to design and deliver relevant training programs.• HR Team Mentorship: Mentor HR team members in the areas of operations, payroll, compliance and works closely with the HR Strategy and Operations leader to set annual strategy, monitor performance and improve C2FO’s centers of excellence.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, or comparable experience• The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with 7+ years of experience. A good understanding of talent and performance management, development & learning, employee relations and total rewards is needed.• Candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to represent the C2FO brand strongly.• Should have a strong interest in learning the core business which will enable the candidate to contribute effectively in their functional role.• Demonstrated experience operating as part of global, cross functional team across geographies, working in an agile way.• Proven experience of working in businesses undergoing major change, ideally with global reach.• Must be passionate about their role and driven to deliver results.• Unimpeachable integrity and ethics are a must.• Great networks and ability to leverage external knowledge internally.Preferred Qualifications• A post-graduate degree will be preferred.• SHRM or PHR certified• HRIS and payroll experience preferredCommitment to Diversity and Inclusion.
