None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US What You'll Get to Do: CACI is searching for an Accounting Manager to join the Corporate Accounting team at our Reston, VA headquarters. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Accounting this position is responsible for ensuring various accounting activities are accurately performed in compliance with GAAP, government compliance regulations, and internal control requirements and will have a focus on inventory and intercompany accounting. More About the Role: Manage month-end close activities including accurate and timely processing of journal entries and account reconciliations for areas of responsibly. Compile and analyze financial information to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Responsible for inventory and intercompany policies and procedures and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure adherence, and providing training where necessary. Support the accurate and timely processing of inventory and intercompany related activities (e.g. intercompany transaction invoicing and tracking, M&A integration activities, etc.). Monitor inventory transactions, update general ledger, gather and analyze data, perform audits and assessments, and produce regular inventory reports. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reports for company leadership. Assist with management projects and internal and external audits. Drive process improvement and innovation to scale the intercompany process. Ensure the appropriate and adequate internal controls are in place in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Serve as a backup administrator to the CACI Blackline account reconciliation system. You'll Bring These Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 5 years of experience in Accounting (preferably with inventory and intercompany accounting experience). Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, Cost Accounting Standards, and controls. Demonstrates the ability and motivation to work independently with minimal oversight. Proven analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills. Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Solid attention to detail and ability to develop technical accounting skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively and in a team environment. CPA or CMA certification. U.S. Citizenship Required These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Intercompany and/or inventory accounting experience Deltek product suite experience.
