Database AdministratorJob Category: EngineeringTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with PolygraphEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: LocalCACI is seeking a Database Administrator as a member of a cross-functional team responsible for Oracle and/or MongoDB database administration working on IC Security Services.More about the role:Allocate system storage and plan for future storage requirementsCreate and maintain primary database storage structuresCreate primary database objects (tables, views, indexes) once developers have designed an application and assist developers in the design if requiredModify the database structure, as neededMonitor and optimize the database performancePlan backup and recovery methodologyBackup and restore the database as requiredApply Database updates and patchesMigrate databases to new hardware as requiredWrite PL/SQL stored procedures and triggersWrite and maintain shell scriptsRecommend new architectures, designs, and strategies for the futureRequired Qualifications:TS/SCI Clearance with polygraphBachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines.Considering multiple Labor categories with experience ranging from 3 to 8 years of Database Administration experienceAn additional 4 years of related experience may be substituted for the degree??
