CAD NX Designer

Job Summary:

Our client in Warren, MI is looking for a CAD NX Designer. This is a Contract position.

Requirements:

• The individual must have the ability to execute engineering design for the product using 2D and 3D CAD software.
• Working knowledge of product lifecycle management software.
• Working knowledge of project scheduling software.
• Ability to utilize personal computer equipped with electronic database, spreadsheet, and word processor software.
• Qualified candidates must have working knowledge of Unigraphics NX.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience using UG to develop parametric solid model designs for stamped sheet metal products.
• Desired additional basic knowledge of GD&T, detailing, TeamCenter, metal stamping press tooling, and automotive suspensions and underbody structures.
• Prefer candidates with a minimum of an Associate's degree including CAD classes.
• Prefer GM and Chrysler experience.
