Director, Clinical Operations

Calibrate is on a mission to redefine obesity treatment through innovative solutions and provides high-quality care via a remote-first model. They seek an experienced Director of Clinical Operations to lead their clinical teams in managing operations for impactful obesity treatment.

Skills

Operational process management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of data analysis.
Proficiency with CRM systems and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Manage and guide the Nursing Team and Clinical Operations Managers.
Ensure compliance with Calibrate’s Standard of Care.
Develop and maintain clinical operations performance dashboards.
Collaborate cross functionally with product teams.
Assess clinical services for standards and efficiency.

Education

Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse required.
