As a Product Manager at Car Wars/Call Box, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our communication and integration capabilities. This position focuses on APIs, integrations, texting (including 10DLC compliance), integrated cloud phone systems, and number provisioning—areas requiring strong technical aptitude and experience working with external providers and software partners. 


You’ll collaborate with internal teams (development, sales, business development, marketing, and support) and external technology partners, carriers, and integration teams to enhance and expand our product offerings. This role requires the ability to bridge technical and business needs, ensuring that we build solutions that are scalable, compliant, and valuable to our customers. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own and drive product development for APIs, integrations, texting (including 10DLC compliance), cloud phone systems, and number provisioning. 
  • Engage with external providers, carriers, and integration partners to ensure seamless connectivity, compliance, and service quality. 
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and industry experts to anticipate user needs and translate them into technical product requirements. 
  • Prioritize development projects, balancing strategic business needs with technical feasibility. 
  • Work closely with the development team to scope, test, and refine product functionality. 
  • Ensure compliance with texting regulations (e.g., 10DLC, STIR/SHAKEN) and industry standards. 
  • Coordinate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies and communication of product innovations. 
  • Train internal teams on new developments, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment across departments. 
  • Serve as a technical product expert, assisting in cross-departmental collaboration and customer-facing discussions when needed. 

Requirements

 Our Ideal Candidate: 

  • Has 3+ years of product management experience in a SaaS technology company
  • Has experience working with APIs, integrations, telecom technologies, or messaging platforms, with a strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Understands compliance challenges related to business texting (e.g., 10DLC) and number provisioning. 
  • Has experience collaborating with external technology providers, carriers, or integration teams
  • Is highly organized and able to break down complex issues into simple, actionable solutions
  • Excels at cross-functional communication, working with both technical teams and customer-facing teams. 
  • Has a problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering user-centric solutions.
