• Verifying existing business information and entering information into the database.

• The ability to learn, retain, and apply laws, rules, policies, and procedures.
• The ability to learn and work in multiple proprietary systems.

• Prior Call Center experience.
• Fluently speak Spanish in addition to English.

• "Rural employees must work with their supervisors to schedule a day to come into the Heber Wells Building at least once per quarter. Travel to the office once a quarter is in lieu of typical daily commuting requirements, and employees traveling to the office for this day will not receive paid hotel or food accommodations for the trip."
  
  "Rural" is defined as both 1) a county other than Utah, Salt Lake, Davis, or Weber, and 2) 40 miles or more from the Heber Wells Building or Commerce's St. George office.

• As a condition of employment with the Department of Commerce, employees shall receive compensatory time off in lieu of payment in cash for all overtime worked under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

• Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.
• Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items, etc. Special physical demands are not required to perform the work.
