The Division of Corporations and Commercial Code in the Department of Commerce is looking for two customer service professionals to fill their Call Center - Customer Service vacancies. These positions are eligible for REMOTE WORK, medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one, 12 paid holidays, and accrued vacation and sick leave.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
In this position, you will assist the public in a busy Call Center environment. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Learning about the Division and appropriate regulatory standards

Providing information about starting a new business

Providing information about existing businesses, UCC filings and Trademark filings.

Verifying existing business information and entering information into the database.
