Job Summary:

Conn's Home Plus is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer service oriented and has a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. This position requires a self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties:

Answering inbound calls from customers regarding product, pricing, and any other questions they may have regarding their order.
Communicating with customers via phone, email, and text to ensure they are comfortable with their order and are aware of the process of their call.
Communicating with customers regarding any issues that may be occurring with their order.
Following up with customers who may have missed calls or may not have received any calls from us.
Following up with customers who may have missed calls or may not have received any calls from us.
Filing paperwork for each order that passes through our call center.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
