Call Center Representative

Call Center Rep will assist in the handling of calls for physician practices and provide clerical and billing services support for physician offices. Duties include but are not limited to running insurance eligibilities for insurance companies; scheduling patient appointments, and follow-up appointments; verifying/updating/and properly collecting complete and accurate patient demographics

REQUIREMENTS: High School graduate or equivalent; minimum one year medical office experience with public contact and interaction, or equivalent educational training.
