PrideStaff - Fairfax is working with a local business partner on identifying a driven, detailed-oriented, and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Call Center Scheduling Associate. The qualified candidate must be solution oriented, possess strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and excellent work ethic.

As one of the first points of contact, this position lays the foundation in creating a positive experience with internal and external clients. Contributing and assisting to the organization and accuracy of the schedule for the Field Operations Department gives the ideal candidate the opportunity to ensure that all company processes affected by the schedule are completed correctly and efficiently.

Seeking a Call Center Scheduler / Dispatcher well-versed in working in the trades (HVC/plumbing/electric/construction).

The ideal candidate will contribute to the successful completion of daily schedules by managing schedules within their assigned area and supporting fellow team members in the management of their schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.60 - $22.74 per hour
