Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Description Take the next step in your Sales career and join the leader in conversation analytics as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst. In this highly dynamic role, you will be part of a fast-growing technology company, supporting CallMiner's Sales community. We are looking for a strategic and tactical thinker that will take ownership of select Sales supporting systems, processes and ad-hoc reporting for internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing business analytics, supporting CRM/CPQ administration and Sales Enablement functions. Requirements Work with the Enterprise Applications team to configure Salesforce.com and DealHub CPQ systems Support internal stakeholders in delivery of Salesforce-based reporting and insights, account assignments, data hygiene, and day-to-day operations management Produce Ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to support the information requirements of the business Perform data analysis to support business decision making and... strategy Create and maintain Salesforce.com dashboards for the direct Sales community Support Sales Enablement of systems, tools and processes for the Sales community via content creation and training engagements Prepare and review quotes for the Sales community, as required Develop and execute adoption plans for new mechanisms, releases, and tools Seek out improvements in current Sales processes to achieve accuracy, timeliness, and comprehensiveness. Document and maintain a knowledge base on processes, policies, and Sales systems usage Assist in the planning and logistics of annual Sales kickoffs, midyear meetings and other enablement events Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or technically oriented discipline - or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of experience working within a Sales and/or business operations environment Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce.com preferred) Proficient using MS Office (Advanced Excel skills are preferred) Ability to take ownership of assigned duties, manage multiple tasks, and be able to accommodate occasional flexibility in working hours Willingness to vary job responsibilities as required to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to work unsupervised Experience working with virtual teams worldwide Have the ability to generate business information from data, identify problems, create solutions, and multi-task with a high level of attention to detail Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Experience modeling margins associated with varying deal structures Experience in constructing Sales proposals for Customers Experience working with a CPQ application (DealHub preferred) SaaS, Cloud and/or Software industry experience Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualificationsShow full descriptionCollapse
