Director of Product
CallRail is seeking an experienced Director of Product to spearhead our AI-driven product strategy, focusing on customer-centered solutions and embracing compliance and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
- Shape and drive strategic product roadmap for AI-powered solutions
- Partner with engineering and go-to-market teams
- Translate customer insights into AI-driven products
- Embed compliance and safety into product strategies
- Develop customer-centric AI solutions across platforms
- Drive go-to-market strategies and oversee product launches
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Build and lead a team of product managers
- Define KPIs and utilize data for continuous improvement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus
