The purpose of the CORE Grants and Operations Training Specialist role is to ensure the effective implementation and management of the Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE) and other CALSTART initiatives. This involves educating and training stakeholders, managing technical systems, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring data management and reporting. By coordinating with internal teams and engaging external stakeholders, the specialist will support the project's success and foster strong relationships within the industry and with regulatory bodies like the California Air Resources Board (CARB).
The CORE Grants and Operations Training Specialist will support external stakeholders by educating and training dealers and off-road equipment purchasers, addressing their inquiries, and assisting with Salesforce technical issues to ensure smooth participation in the CORE project. For internal stakeholders, the specialist will streamline project administration, update the CORE website and equipment catalog, and handle data acquisition and reporting. They will assist in the development of standard operating procedures, organizing events and webinars, and drafting communications, ensuring coordinated efforts and effective project execution. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams and engaging with industry participants and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to maintain stakeholder relationships and support the overall success of CALSTART initiatives.
