Senior Field Application Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Application Engineer to support product development and customer implementation efforts in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom application solutions using our AI vision system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide pre-sales technical support.

• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our vision systems.

• Provide customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.

• Stay updated with industry trends to identify new application opportunities.

• Assist in developing proof-of-concept projects to showcase our technology.

• Spend 50%-60% of your time visiting customers and providing technical support.

• Review and recommend schematic redesigns to troubleshoot system failures.

• Oversee installation to ensure equipment meets specifications.

• Train Sales Representatives on products as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience as an Application Engineer or similar technical role in AI, robotics, or vision systems.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, computer vision, and robotics applications.

• General programming experience in Python / C / C++ / C#

• Robot programming experience URScript / ABB Rapid / Kuka KRL / Fanuc Karel, etc

• Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving complex technical issues.

• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong customer relationships.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for technology.

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel within the U.S. and Europe
