The position is operations focused and includes back/middle-office responsibilities to support Cambridge Associates' multiple services.Assume ownership and accountability for the end-to-end process of delivering monthly and quarterly performance reports to investment teams across multiple client assignments and asset classes. This process includes utilizing both proprietary and external industry applications and developing a skillset to ensure quality over reporting components such as client portfolio structure, transactions, market values, performance, and benchmarksFulfill time-sensitive data requests regarding performance methodology and data investigation and analysisMaintain relationships with internal stakeholders, providing professional customer service and demonstrating strong communication skillsWE OFFER2-week onboarding training program, as well as structured mentorship.
