EVENT DETAILS

Cambridge Associates will be hosting a Women’s Networking event on August 15th at a venue in Downtown Boston, MA. Because site restrictions limit the number of attendees, individuals need to apply and be accepted to be authorized to attend. Undergraduate students and recent graduates with an interest in the investment management field are encouraged to apply.

Apply with your resume by July 26th for best consideration. Cover letters are not required but recommended. Invitations will be extended on a rolling basis. Applications will be considered on the basis of demonstrated interest in the investment management field and other qualifications for participating in the Cambridge Associates Investment Management Program. While the focus of speakers at the event will be on women in the investment management field, the event is open to applicants regardless of gender or gender identity.

Women’s Networking Night

Cambridge Associates (CA) will be hiring into our full-time Investment Analyst Program in January and July 2024 as well as offering internship opportunities in the summer of 2024. Learn more about these opportunities and get connected with members of our hiring team by participating in the Women’s Networking Night.

The Global Investing division at CA works collaboratively to provide our clients with independent global manager and capital markets research, expertise in alternative investments, and customized portfolio management solutions. Investment team members in three practice areas receive immediate exposure to strategies such as developing appropriate financial and investment goals, asset allocation policies, investment manager structures, and a wide range of investments spanning all asset classes.

The Women’s Networking Night is designed to introduce prospective candidates to CA team members and expedite the recruiting process. For individuals considering internship or career opportunities in finance and/or investments, this event offers an excellent opportunity to hone your networking skills, strengthen potential alumni connections, and learn from industry professionals.

What you can expect:

  • Learn about career opportunities at CA, and its culture and commitment to professional development
  • Network with current Investment Analysts and Associates, as well as Team Leaders and Hiring Managers; establish connections with recruiters for the upcoming recruitment cycle
  • Opportunities to ask questions and engage in conversations focused on investment management and day-to-day job responsibilities

Who you are:

  • Rising Junior or Senior students in a bachelor’s program or recent graduates with bachelor’s degree (all majors welcome)
  • Working/living in the Boston, MA area (or ability to travel – reimbursements will not be provided)
  • Demonstrated interest in finance, investments, or analytical/quantitative fields
  • Authorization to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship now and in the future
