Responsibilities

Support the VP of Academic Ops in sourcing and onboarding instructors and TAs.
Build degree-specific advisory boards by recruiting leaders from top companies.
Manage databases and directories for tracking prospective hires.
Conduct weekly introductory calls with prospective faculty.
Establish operational processes to ensure a smooth faculty experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
