Campus Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Campus Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. After a year, the ideal candidate for this role will fully own the strategy and execution of our student-facing marketing efforts, working closely with university partners to deliver digital, field, and referral marketing initiatives that drive student awareness and engagement of Mantra products and services.

About the Role

The Campus Marketing Manager will:

• Build and execute Mantra's campus marketing plan, focus on driving student awareness and engagement of Mantra products and services on a campus-by-campus basis
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and partner success team to track and scale successful campaigns across campuses
• Employ a mix of digital, interactive, field, partnership, and referral tactics, and leverage multiple stakeholders on campus to promote Mantra
• Work with university partners to ensure Mantra and university brand standards are upheld in marketing campaigns
• Conduct discovery with university partners to develop and customize campus marketing plans
• Work with internal and freelance resources to produce and refine marketing assets
• Work with product team to understand, build for, and market to college student user persona
• Occasionally travel to partner campuses
• Report to the VP Marketing

About You

• 3+ years in general marketing roles with a strong focus on execution
• Experience marketing to young adult/college students
• Experience working across all main marketing disciplines - digital, web, email, field, partnership, referral - and ability to launch campaigns from start to finish
• Experience using data to optimize marketing campaigns
• Ability to build trust and form collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to produce short form, social, and video content and/or work with freelancers to produce quality content
• Strong ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Deep empathy for the students and university partners we're supporting

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000
