As our first dedicated Customer Success/Support Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in delivering the world-class customer support that sets us apart. With a recruiting background, ideally as a recruiting coordinator, you’ll help our customers optimize their interview scheduling and processes using candidate.fyi’s innovative platform.
We’re a fast-growing company with a global customer base, so being available during east coast hours and providing fast responses is essential. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to take initiative and pave the way as we build out our customer success function.
As our Founding Customer Success/Support Specialist, you will:
Be the primary point of contact for our customers, particularly during onboarding and training, helping them maximize the value of candidate.fyi.
Deliver world-class customer support, providing fast responses and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Leverage your recruiting experience, to understand customer needs and help them improve their interview logistics and scheduling.
Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, and sales) to share customer feedback and advocate for customer needs that will drive product enhancements.
Be available during east coast hours to meet the needs of our global customer base and provide real-time support.
Take initiative and be a self-starter who helps define and shape our customer success processes as we grow.
1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a preference for experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a talent acquisition role.
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to build relationships and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing helpful and creative solutions to customer challenges.
Located in east coast hours, with flexibility to support customers across global time zones as needed.
Comfortable learning new technologies and working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and helping shape our customer success function.
