Canonical is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to guide customers in the Americas through the adoption of their open-source solutions, ensuring satisfaction and helping them achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities

Onboard new customers and introduce them to our products
Elaborate and coordinate complex projects
Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering and Support
Manage a portfolio of customers and identify growth opportunities
Serve as a customer advocate internally
Support customers through reactive ticket requests
Create campaigns targeting multiple customers
