HR Generalist - EMEA

Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and our HR team is growing. We are looking for a HR Generalist to support our teams in the EMEA region.

Skills

Proficient in German, UK, and/or French HR practices
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Provide HR guidance to team members and managers
Partner with line managers on employee relations advice
Process employee changes, joiners, and leavers
Manage benefit programs across EMEA
Liaise with finance team on payroll
Support the full lifecycle of HR operations
Produce data-driven reports for HR initiatives

Education

Relevant professional qualification and certifications
