About the role: 

As a Senior ML Engineer, you'll design and implement advanced AI models that power lifelike AI bots capable of engaging across the internet. Your expertise in machine learning and scalable ML infrastructure will be crucial in developing innovative features that revolutionize how people connect and create online. You'll work on exciting challenges in conversational AI, speech recognition, image processing and video generation! 

A bit about the work:

As a Senior ML Engineer, you will:

• Propose, design, and prototype strategic new features that capabilities make possible.

• Build ML models to solve real-world problems and leverage data to evaluate and improve their quality.

• Own the implementation of your models, taking into account considerations like model size, performance, and latency.

• Collaborate with other teams to help them integrate your models into other pipelines and experiences.

• Launch and monitor the deployment of ML models via A/B testing and respond to issues that arise from user feedback and telemetry.

• Leverage academic research to ensure that our technology continues to reflect and advance the state of the art.

A bit about you:

• 5+ years of experience of building production-grade machine learning models in industry and/or academic research settings

• Expertise in facets of NLP, speech recognition, image processing and video generation

• Strong programming skills in Python and deep-learning / NLP tools (Scikit-learn, Pandas, PyTorch, Tensorflow, NLTK, spaCy, Jupyter)

• Experience building end-to-end scalable ML infrastructure with on-premise or cloud platforms including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure

• Strong teamwork skills including communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members

Pay Equity: 

In compliance with Pay Transparency Laws, the base salary range for this role is between $175,000 - $250,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
