Hello, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub in San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. We offer flexibility in how and where you work. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of Canva's B2B case study program.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product Marketing to determine priority stories and messaging.
  • Partner with the Sales team to devise effective strategies for engaging customer leads and collaborate with local stakeholders to drive pipeline and lead generation.
  • Prioritize customer organizations for investment in story creation based on potential impact.
  • Foster customer relationships by conducting discovery interviews and leveraging strong product and B2B knowledge to uncover impactful use cases.
  • Develop comprehensive briefs for the production team and oversee content creation.
  • Manage content distribution plans, ensuring a multi-channel approach across B2B channels.
  • Review story direction, positioning, and editing to maintain quality control and adhere to storytelling principles.
  • Evaluate the impact of our case studies and utilize insights to inform future strategies.
  • Provide support and coaching to our small case studies team.

You're probably a match if

  • You have proven experience in sourcing, developing, and overseeing the creation of impactful case studies, particularly in the B2B space.

  • You possess the ability to think strategically and set a cohesive vision for case studies, aligning them with overarching business and marketing goals.
  • You excel in briefing creative teams to ensure the development of visually compelling and persuasive case studies.
  • You demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • You possess strong analytical skills to measure the impact and effectiveness of case studies, using data-driven insights to optimize future content.
  • You are adept at storytelling, with the ability to distill complex narratives into engaging and impactful case studies that resonate with a B2B audience.
  • You possess effective project management skills to prioritize and oversee multiple case study initiatives simultaneously.
  • You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • You have experience in managing direct reports.
