Capco is seeking a Consultant to join their US Insurance Practice team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional experience in the insurance industry and a keen interest in driving innovative products to market.

Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams

Experience with Agile methodologies
Knowledge in life, annuity, employee benefits, retirement, property, casualty insurance

Responsibilities

Develop deliverable content and artifacts required by the project
Drive change within a team setting
Present findings and recommendations to client leadership
Conduct detailed analyses and develop insightful roadmaps and recommendations
Facilitate client interviews, meetings, and workshops
Build quantitative models and analyze complex data sets

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
