Be an advocate for the customer to ensure a stellar customer experience
Onboard new customers and resellers effectively
Achieve a deep understanding of customer workflows
Collaborate with the Sales teams to create account service strategies
Strengthen account relationships to foster customer satisfaction
Communicate consistently with customers throughout the post-sales lifecycle
Education
Undergraduate or master's degree in Geography, Satellite Technology, Imaging preferred
