Responsibilities

  • Be an advocate for the customer to ensure a stellar customer experience
  • Onboard new customers and resellers effectively
  • Achieve a deep understanding of customer workflows
  • Collaborate with the Sales teams to create account service strategies
  • Strengthen account relationships to foster customer satisfaction
  • Communicate consistently with customers throughout the post-sales lifecycle

Education

  • Undergraduate or master's degree in Geography, Satellite Technology, Imaging preferred
