Customer Success Manager
Capella Space is focused on delivering reliable Earth imagery and serving customers in diverse sectors. They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support global customers and ensure the execution of their team strategy.

Responsibilities
- Be an advocate for the customer to ensure a stellar customer experience
- Onboard new customers and resellers effectively
- Achieve a deep understanding of customer workflows
- Collaborate with the Sales teams to create account service strategies
- Strengthen account relationships to foster customer satisfaction
- Communicate consistently with customers throughout the post-sales lifecycle
Education
- Undergraduate or master's degree in Geography, Satellite Technology, Imaging preferred
