Enterprise Architects define services from a business perspective, both with and without automation. They make an initial grouping of services in components, using principles based on objectives and constraints. They have deep business and industry expertise, are familiar with industry standards, and can work at the boardroom and senior management level.
Qualifications
experience with deep understanding of demand and supply planning capabilities including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, inventory management, S&OP. Production planning a plus.
- At least 7 years’ experience in supply chain management, ideally for demand and supply implementations
- Demonstrated ability to architect an end-to-end demand and supply planning solution
- Deep understanding of demand and supply planning tools both from a configuration and process standpoint
- Experience with multiple demand and supply planning implementations required
- Deep knowledge of systems integration points for demand and supply planning systems required
- Experience with multiple demand planning, supply planning, and sales & operations tools a plus
- Business background in a demand planning or supply planning role a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related field
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to architect an end state integrated solution to meet business and functional requirements
- Ability to manage both business and IT client stakeholders, including managing to Director level and above
- Ability to lead a team, including multiple workstreams and both functional and technical tracks
- Ability to articulate and present different points of view to different audiences
- Ability to communicate with both business and IT
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible and creative
